Responsible Travel
Respect and Understanding.
There are cultural, economic and environmental aspects to responsible tour operations.
Environmental:- we encourage our travellers to bring re-usable water bottles, we encourage hotels to dispense drinking water from large-volume re-usable containers and we are asking the national hotels association to promote this idea on a wider scale.
Economic:- Wherever possible we purchase locally. We also encourage purchase of local products from villages e.g. olive oil, honey, dried fruits, nuts, hand-made glass beads and locally woven textiles.
Cultural:- we try to ensure all our clients are aware of the cultural sensibilities of the people they will encounter as they travel through Turkey.
