Lycian Way Section from Bel to Gavuragili. 7,5km

One of the wildest sections of the Lycian way, the route starts off from Bel village pleasantly on the forest road through terraced farmland before climbing up to the very picturesque pass at Belcegiz.  from her the footpath is said to follow a Roman military road, but there is little sign on that, the footpath is bare and steep as it quickly descends to the hamlet of Gavuragili (means 'Infidel Sty'!) beautifully close to the sea with meadows and mature red pines.
