One of the classic treks on the St Paul Trail, you start at the bridge over the Koprulu River and start to climb past some pretty villige houses and gushing springs. The views back to Kasimlar village and avross to Mt Dedegol improve as you get higher towards the ridge. At the ridge you pass into a very different landscape, the limestone gives way to a conglomerate rock eroded into a very unusual landscape. There are remains of a ancient Pisidian settlement on the highest point of the trek before you descend to the fiewlds of Kesme village, in early summer the fields are full of roses; in Kesme village there are several rose-oil presses in this traditional small town.
